2. The client is responsible for arranging the visa for the country to be traveled to.
3. The validity of the passport must be no less than 6 months.
4. The client must at the airport full 3 hours before their flight schedule, the company is not responsible for the client's delay of their flight schedule or any delay or cancellation of flights by airlines, and the financial and moral losses incurred.
5. Accommodation in the hotel (Check In) begins at 2 pm, and hotel room evacuation (Check Out) is at 12 noon.
6. The client's review of the hotel reservation voucher (Voucher) means his full knowledge and agreement with the agreed booking details, and his knowledge of its terms.
7. Please note that the reservation cannot be canceled, modified, or postponed in any way, and it is not permissible to request a refund of any paid amounts.
8. In case of any pandemic or exposure to any pandemic, the cancellation terms and fees are depending on the special policy of the airlines and hotels.
9. The company is not responsible for the level of services provided by airlines and hotels.
